Hi All

I no this is dark subject so I will treed lightly on this   :unsure:        so hear go's

 

just brought a forester 2000 turbo s 2'0ltr setting for 6 mouth first thing replace old battery with a new battery I can open and lock the car ,engine turns over will not fire up :sick:

is it the immobiliser the fuel pump is not pumping fuel to engine       alarm is a sigma m3

yes or no         if yes will get someone to check system :money:

Hello &welcome, do you have the pin code that accompanies the alarm manual ? If so you can by pass it and start the car through the key pad locates somewhere in the cabin, check glove box coin box etc. There's a good read here

Can you hear the fuel pump prime itself ,when you turn the ignition on.its behind the rear seat drivers side.i had a problem last year .something in the sigma alarm burns out and eventually stops power to the pump.i had to have it by passed.

No could hear the pump priming im off on holiday soon will leave it till I get back

and get someone out to have a look at it for my.

Your not parked near any over head power lines or radio masts ?
For some reason these play havoc with the sigma

update pop over to Surrey subaru specialists had a good chat and helped with the immobiliser so

Hi All

She lives someone had already don the wiring and left the wires unconnected so the fuel pump would not work

so battery flat on change now and run her up later today
